3 Basic Steps to Diet Like a Celebrity

Many people want to live the celebrity lifestyle. We cannot all be millionaire actors/actresses with multi-million dollar homes with several luxury cars. With so many all night parties and so many meetings during the day for the next big movie, how do celebrities find time to diet? I will show you 3 basic steps to diet like a celebrity.

Step 1 - Fasting. A diet called the lemonade diet was reportedly used by Beyonce Knowles for her role in the movie Dreamgirls. During this diet she supposedly lost 20 pounds by only drinking water with lemons, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. In an interview Beyonce stated that her nutritionist suggested the only way to lose weight for this movie was this diet. Beyonce also mentioned she would never recommend this diet to anyone unless they were doing a movie and it's necessary. She went on to say that there are other healthier diets available.

Step 2 - Diet pills. There are few celebrities who use diet pills to help with weight loss. However, everyday there is a new celebrity diet pill on the counters but science has not confirmed these pills actually work. One bit of advice, save your money. These diets all have the claim to cure you but the description of side affects would make you think they could almost kill you.

Step 3 - Live in the gym. Sure you just bought the latest book on a celebrity workout and you want to look just like them. What they don't tell you is they spend countless days or hours in the gym. Now if you are a single person with no dependants this would be fine. But, if you're married and/or have children this could be a bit of a challenge.
